Some will remember the much used echo test to prove connection and test audio quality,Blueface were very much providing a much needed service to the Irish Telecoms market.  Its was surprising and sad to see the end of such a pioneering company, one which many in the Industry had used at the beginning of Blueface’s journey. Best wishes to the Blueface employees, who will hopefully find replacement jobs quickly. Unfortunately also it leaves many Blueface customers in need of replacing their Blueface voice service, with an alternative Irish owned Telecoms company.  For all those customers now without a home for their IP voice service you have a number of options, which you will need to act on sooner rather than later.  Their offering would have been in 2 different flavors , which we here at ALCOM can help with.  IP Trunk connected to an On-Premise Phone System : We can port your number from Blueface which allows us to provide you with a new IP Trunk to connect to your existing Phone system.
